Shipping restrictions do apply on some items, such as Dangerous Goods or any extra large, heavy, or odd-shaped items. In most cases, this is stated in the product’s description. Please feel free to contact us with any inquiries as to whether we’re able to facilitate such a shipment. We would be happy to provide you with a shipping quote where possible.
Shipping charges apply on all items. Our shipping rates are based on weight and size.

New and unopened items may be returned within seven days of delivery for a full refund (certain chemicals and items are excluded). We may also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our company error (i.e. the delivery of an incorrect or defective item). All other returns will be charged a return delivery fee.
**PLEASE NOTE: Certain special order items are subject to a 20% re-stocking fee (i.e. controllers, robotic cleaners, heaters, pumps, slides, and diving boards). Custom orders and specially made items (i.e. custom covers/blankets, Competitor Lane Ropes etc.) cannot be returned or exchanged.
Please make sure that all authorized items for return are securely packaged to avoid potential shipping damage and/or spillage. Credits will not be issued if products returned are damaged during transport due to improper packaging.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
Certain items that have been opened or used are non-refundable. Please contact us for further information on the potential for partial refunds or store credit. These credits are determined on a case by case basis.
Aquatic Pros (Aquatech Logistics Inc.) does not claim responsibility for items damaged over transport. All our products go through a strict quality control procedure prior to being shipped. Please inspect your purchases right away and notify us of any damages within 48 hours of receipt. We will be happy to investigate the issue further.
